  • I just placed my order - what happens next?
    Congratulations on successfully placing your order! You should have received a confirmation email from us with an attached invoice. We will update you via email when your order is shipped with tracking information. If there is any issues feel free to shoot us a DM on Instagram or send us an email.
  • Can I see a print preview of what my name/text will look like before I order?
    Yes you can! Simply DM us on Instagram. Be sure to include the name/text, language(s) and font style(s) you'd like to see.
  • Will my jewelry rust or tarnish?
    Our jewelry comes in 18K Gold Plating, Silver Plating or 18K Rose Gold Plating. Every order includes care instructions on keeping your jewelry rust and tarnish free. As long as these instructions are followed, your jewelry will keep its colour and quality!
  • I made a mistake while ordering. Can I make changes to my order?
    If you would like your order specifications/address changed, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order. Be sure to include your order number and the changes you'd like made.
  • What are the delivery times?
    As our products are handmade, they take 5-14 working days to process and manufacture before they are shipped. Free Expedited Worldwide Shipping: Canada, UK & Japan: 5-11 working days USA, Australia, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden: 6-12 working days Germany: 6-14 working days France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Denmark, Portugal, China, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Norway, Switzerland: 7-12 working days New Zealand: 7-14 working days Rest of the World: 7-20 working days Please note that these times are subject to delay.
