Will my jewelry rust or tarnish?
I placed my order. Now what?
Congratulations on joining the #teamahmad! You should have received an email from us with an attached invoice. We will update you when your order is shipped. Can I see a preview of what my name/text will look like?
Yes you can! Simply send us an email at email@example.com or DM us on Instagram (@ahmadapparel). Be sure to include the name/text, language(s) and font style(s) you'd like to see.
What is your refund policy?
We only offer replacement jewelry in the case where the size, color, language or font style does not match the options you selected in your order. With regards to isues in name spelling, if you input your name/text in English, we will translate/transliterate it to the best of our ability. By placing an order with us, you are accepting our translation/transliteration and cannot provide refunds unfortunately. To ensure accuracy, we recommend you input the name/text in the given language (Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Arabic or Bangla).
I made a mistake while ordering. Can I make changes to my order?
If you would like your name/text, colour, size or style changed, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order and we will make the changes for you!
What are your delivery times?
As our products are handmade, they take 5-10 working days to process and manufacture before they are shipped.
